1200 Jefferson: Campus-3 mins/Square-Walking

Consist of 17 condos built in 2010 by Panola Construction. The 1st floor is a parking garage and the 2nd floor is a mix between commercial office space and condos. The 3rd floor consists of 15 condos with a mixture of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. This very convenient development is located on the corner of North Lamar & Jefferson Ave, behind the Oxford court house

200 Washington: Campus-Walking/Square-1 min

The condos at 200 Washington in Oxford, MS are located just across from campus and walking distance from the Ole Miss grove! This complex consists of less than 15 total units, all of which have a 1 car garage. Some of the amenities include hardwood floors, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, and private patios. 234 Elm: Campus-2 Mins/Square 1-Min

This is a quiet 8 unit development within walking distance to the square. These units were remodeled in 2006 and some of the standard features include stainless appliances, hardwood floors, custom cabinets, and granite tops. Because there only be 8 total units, these don’t come available often.

A Southern Place: Campus-5 mins/Square-2 mins

A Southern Place was built in 2006 and features 9 total units. These condos are stand alone and each offer a two car garage, which is hard to find in Oxford, MS. They are all finished out with top of the line amenities, some of which include heart pine floors, Viking appliances, custom cabinetry, high ceilings, central VAC system, granite countertops, and private balconies. Acadia Court: Campus-Walking /Square-Walking

These units are located on Van Buren Avenue, in popular Oxford, MS, perfect walking distance from both the square and campus. Most of these units are two bedroom but there were a few three bedrooms built. The two bedroom units are around 800 ft/sq and the three bedrooms are close to 1700 ft/sq. These units in Oxford, MS, are extremely close to campus and situated right off Anderson Road.  These units are priced very reasonably and are perfect for anyone wanting to be close to campus for an affordable price.  The development started in 1999, and came with an option of a 2 or 3 bedroom.  These units are just a little over 1000 ft/sq, with every inch being utilized! The complex does not have a condo fee allowing owners to take care of their own space.

Aspen Ridge Townhomes: Campus-4 mins/Square 5 mins 

These units are located on Anderson Road, making them easily accessible to The University of Mississippi.  Most of these stand alone units are three bedroom but there are a few two bedrooms and four bedrooms to choose from as well. These floor plans have been a huge hit in Oxford, MS, with a spacious kitchen and open floor plan. Autumn Ridge:  Campus 4-mins/ Square-3mins 

These condos are in a prime location with easy access to both the Ole Miss campus and the Oxford Square.  These units have a very desirable floor plan, with an open layout downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs.  Most of these units are three bedrooms but there are a few two bedrooms as well.  Each unit has its own little appeal with an array of soothing exterior colors to choose from you will surely fine one that you like.  These units started construction in 2001 and continue to draw people from all over.

Belle Maison: Campus-Walking/Square-Walking

Brighton Village is unquestionably Oxford’s hottest new condo development. Units haven’t been on the market long, but they’ve quickly become very highly sought after. Considering the consistently overwhelming popularity, satisfaction, & strong demand for its sister development Fleur de Lis’s condos, this shouldn’t be too surprising. Located off Old Taylor Road, owners will enjoy being less than 1.5 miles from the Ole Miss campus and in close proximity to the football stadium. The floor plan and interior finishes will be reminiscent of those cherished in Fleur de Lis condos. Amenities include hardwood in the living area; tile in the kitchen & baths; granite slab counter tops in the kitchen, island bar, & bathroom vanities; custom cabinets & stainless appliances; tile surround tub & blinds for the doors & windows; as well as a large pool house and pool featuring a cascading waterfall! Calton Hill: Campus-4mins/Square-5mins 

These brick units are situated right off Anderson Road and are just a few minutes from the Ole Miss campus.  There are two bedroom and three bedroom options to choose from.  Two bedroom units are a little over 1000 ft/sq and three bedroom units are around 1400 ft/sq.  All bedrooms are upstairs making the downstairs very open and usable.  These units are perfect for students and weekenders alike.  They were started in 2005 by a very reputable builder, Tabor Construction.  These have been a great seller and will continue to be so due to their price and location.

Camilla Parc: Campus-2mins/Square-walking

The condos in Harris Grove were built in 2003 by Tabor construction, who also built Calton Hill and Esplanade Ridge. The main selling point about Harris Grove is the proximity to the Ole Miss campus. Most of these units are 2BR/2.5BA with both bedrooms upstairs but the developer did build some 3BR/2.5BA floor plans, which also have all 3BR’s upstairs. These units typically sell quickly, depending upon the condition and market of course.

High Cotton: Campus-1min/Square-Walking 

High Cotton is one of Oxfords premier developments. Location, location, location, these units couldn’t be in a better spot, only steps away from everything Oxford has to offer.  These units include: Viking appliances, hardwood floors, travertine tile, granite countertops, gated parking and a rooftop terrace.  These units are perfect for anyone not wanting to miss out on all the action.  There are only a few places that provide a square view, and a mere walk to all Oxfords finest shopping, bars and restaurants, and this is one of them!!!!

High Pointe Campus-8mins/Square-11mins 

High Pointe is a well maintained development, constructed between 2003 and 2005 and currently offers some of the very best values in all of Oxford. This is a gated development with a nice pool and very spacious floor plans.  The bedrooms are roomy, there are walk-in closets and there is a full bath for each bedroom. If you are in the market for a condo, you should check out the value you can get with a High Point condo

Hillside: Campus-3mins/Square-2mins 

These units are in a prime location, located right off Bramlett and close to all the action.  Built in the 80’s  with the master bedroom downstairs and the second bedroom on the top floor, they are perfect for anyone wanting to be in a great spot and not pay an arm and a leg.  These units typically are priced  in the $150K to $170K range.

Holly Hills: Campus-1min/Square-3mins 

These units accommodate a variety of needs from, weekenders to students, to faculty members.  Located right off Coliseum Drive, they provide easy access to campus.  These units are priced to accommodate most every budget.

Inmon House: Campus-Walking/Square-Walking

Norwood: Campus-3mins/Square-5mins 

These units have a very popular floor plan and an even better location.  Located right off College Hill road and only minutes away from downtown.  These units were built in 2005 and rarely come on the market!  The kitchen, dining, and family room are all on the main floor with all the bedrooms upstairs.

Oak Park:  Campus-1mins/Square-Walking 

Oak Park townhomes are some of the finest built units in all of Oxford, Ms and located just a few blocks for the square. These units were built in 2006 and the attention to detail is evident from inside and out. Some of the amenities include, private patios, two car garages, painted brick exterior, custom shutters, outdoor fireplaces, reclaimed heart pine floors, exposed beams, and marble counter tops. You truly need to see these to really appreciate what all they have to offer.

Oak Terrace: Campus-Walking/Square-Walking 

These units are one of the most sought after condos in downtown.  With there only being 6 condos, one is guaranteed to feel like they are living a step above the rest.  These condos were built in 2007 and come complete with wood and tile floors, beautiful scenic terraces, granite countertops, wet bars, and a 2 car garage.  These units are around the mid $500k mark, but are worth every penny! Located right off Molly Barr road in Oxford, MS.

Orleans Oaks: Campus-4mins/Square-5mins 

Orleans Oaks is located off College Hill Rd. and close to the Ole Miss golf course in Oxford, MS. These condos were renovated in 2006 and they feature 2, 3, & 4 bedroom floor plans. The exterior curb appeal is one of a New Orleans flare, which painted brick and wrought iron balconies. These units are very affordable come complete with a pool and a gated entrance.

Oxford Square: Campus-Walking/Square-4mins 

Oxford Square condos are conveniently located off Jackson Ave in beautiful Oxford, MS and are perfect for weekender or investors. These units were built in the 1970s and completely renovated in 2007. The floor plans feature one bedroom and two bedroom units that range from 600ft/sq-1200ft/sq. These units are walking distance from the Ole Miss campus and usually range from $70,000-$100,000.

Oxford Station HOA: Campus-1min/Square-3mins 

Oxford Station, in beautiful Oxford, MS, is located just off Frontage Rd and close to the Ole Miss campus. Construction started in 2004 and there are still new units being built in 2014. Oxford Station features stand-alone brick townhomes and two car garages. The interior amenities include 10ft ceilings, 8ft doors, hardwood floors, custom cabinets, and granite countertops.

Pecan Grove: Campus-2mins/Square-Walking 

Pecan Grove condos are located off Jackson Ave, just a few blocks east of the square, in beautiful Oxford, Ms. This small, 12 unit complex, was built in 1970 and completely renovated in 2003. All 12 units are 850 square feet  and each feature two bedrooms with one full bath. Some of the amenities include granite counter tops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, and private patios for each unit. Pecan Grove has their own private swimming pool with a pool house and outdoor grilling area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. These condos are very affordable compared to the condos just a few blocks up the hill on the square. Pecan Grove is perfect for weekenders, investors, or people buying for their children. I used to live in Pecan Grove and still own a unit in this complex, so I consider myself very familiar with this development.

Provence Park: Campus-3mins/Square-2mins 

These stand-alone condos in Provence Park achieve something others couldn’t, which is affordable prices with high end quality, all in great location! These units are located on the corner of Frontage Road and South Lamar. Don’t worry if this is further than you’d like to walk to get home from the square, because there’s a private shuttle that runs just for the residents! That same shuttle will take you to the grove for Ole Miss home games and to the square every Friday & Saturday night. This development is securely located behind a gated entrance, so you shouldn’t have to worry about your child’s safety. The beautiful French Country architecture will make you feel like you’re not in Oxford, MS.  Most of these floor plans have three bedrooms with three full baths. Brian Hill, with Lifestyle homes, is busy building new homes right now(2014), but there aren’t many lots remaining, so you better act fast.  Some of the amenities include a private pool, shuttle, extravagant landscaping, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, 10ft ceilings, 8ft doors, and a two car garage!

Quarter Condos: Campus-1min/Square-4mins 

The Quarter Condos, in Oxford, Mississippi, are located less than a mile from the Ole Miss campus, off Old Taylor Road. There are two different floor plans in The Quarter, a 3BR/3BA and a 2BR/2BA. The bedrooms are upstairs in both of these floor plans. One really nice thing about The Quarter condos is the COVERED parking-this is something you can’t find anywhere else in this price range!

Russelin’ Leaves: Campus-7 mins/Square-5mins 

These stand-alone townhomes in Oxford, Ms are securely appointed behind a gated entrance. These units are surrounded by trees, which is something you don’t find in most condo complexes around Oxford, Ms.  Located off South Lamar, these units feature 3Br/3Ba floor plans with a main level master bedroom. Most of the owners in this development are “weekenders” but that’s certainly not a requirement.

Sage Meadow: Campus-8mins/Square-10mins 

Sage Meadow is located off Anderson Road, on the west side of Oxford. These condos were 1st built in 2000 and construction finished in 2004. Most of the floor plans are two bedrooms with two full baths.  These brick units have an attractive look and each have their own private patio. Most of these range from 1000SF-1200SF and under $100,000.

Stonebridge at Wellsgate:  Campus-9mins/Square-11mins 

Wellsgate is one of Oxford, MS finest neighborhoods! Expect to be impressed when you enter Wellsgate and see the beautiful 130 acre lake, which sets this subdivision apart from all the others! Inside of Wellsgate you will find developments of all different price ranges. Some of the bigger more expensive homes are on the water.  Wellsgate also offers a single level condo development, called Stonebridge, which is designed for retirees who don’t want the maintenance upkeep that a home requires. The Retreats inside of Wellsgate is another condo project that’s geared more towards “weekenders.” Wellsgate is full of family’s with kids and active moms who routinely walk the 1.5 mile “loop” around the lake. The lake at Wellsgate is professionally managed for largemouth bass and open to any homeowner for fishing or boating. The fishing is top notch and  I can personally vouch for this after catching TWO 10lb bass on back to back cast in the summer of 2013! There is a concrete boat ramp on the levee that will accommodate boats of all sizes. The Wellsgate covenants restrict the use of gas powered engines on the lake, but this doesn’t prevent you from using a high powered trolling motor to get around. As you can tell, Wellsgate is special to me and I would love to help answer any questions you might have about this wonderful neighborhood.

Tanglewood: Campus-1min/Square-Walking 

Tanglewood is located off 17thstreet, which is walking distance to the Oxford, MS  square. This 26 unit development was started in 2013 and will finish in 2014. A big challenge to buyers in the Oxford Condominium market is finding something relatively close to the Ole Miss campus at an extremely low price. If this is your criteria, The Mark is your place. Initially developed as an apartment complex in 2002–2003, it was converted to a condo development during the Oxford real estate boom of 2005. Consisting of 42 buildings with well-maintained grounds, each building has eight units configured in a very livable manner and include very nice amenities. Historically, condos in this Oxford development have been extremely good buys enjoying an active resale market due to their price and proximity to Ole Miss.

The Park at Oxford: Campus-4mins/Square-4mins 

These units are right around the 1000 square foot range, depending on whether you are looking at a two or three bedroom unit.  Originally these units were apartments but have been recently converted to condos.  With laminate floors, large bedrooms,  stainless steel appliances, and every square inch being utilized, one is sure to not pay for wasted space.  The development features a gated community, a workout room and swimming pool!!!

The Retreats: Campus-10mins/Square-12mins 

The Retreats are located inside of Wellsgate in Oxford, Mississippi. These units were first started in 2003 and finished in 2009 by Walker & Walker out of Memphis. The Retreats are tucked away on the East side of Wellsgate subdivision and are easy to access through Wellsgate or Anderson Road. They are mostly all owned by weekenders as the covenants restrict owners from leasing to undergrads. The construction style of these units is very appealing and looks like something you would see at the beach. Most of the units offer front porches with an upstairs balcony and a covered grilling deck. Each owner pays a monthly fee to that goes towards keeping up the grounds. Owners in The Retreats also pay the yearly Wellsgate subdivision fee which allows the access to the 130 acre lake! These units don’t come available often so you better act fast if one comes up for sale!

The Seasons: Campus-2mins/Square-4mins 

These brick condo units are situated right off Old Taylor Road, in Oxford Mississippi.  They are perfect for anyone wanting to live just minutes from the Ole Miss Campus or Vaught Hemmingway stadium. They feature many nice amenities such as, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and so much more.  With only a few units one is sure to enjoy the quietness, so hurry these don’t last!

The Soleil: Campus-8mins/Square-11mins 

This gated condo development offers standalone homes configured with three bedrooms/two baths upstairs and an open floor plan with half bath down. These condo units feature hardwood floors in the living room with granite countertops in the kitchen and baths.  Among other amenities are a gas fireplace and patios for entertaining. These units are located off Hwy 6 West, just about 5 minutes from campus. The condo fee is currently $175/mo and it includes water, garbage collection, grounds maintenance, and exterior insurance.

The Van Buren: Campus-Walking/Square-Walking 

The condos at The Van Buren are located off Van Buren Avenue, just a few steps from the square. This condo development was the 1st of three(High Cotton & The Ice House) built on Van Buren Avenue in 2003. Some of the amenities include a parking garage, fitness room, beautiful fountain, ice maker, wine cooler, hardwood floors, and granite counter tops. If you’re looking to be “on the square” then the Van Buren might just be the place for you!

Turnberry: Campus-Walking/Square-3mins 

 Some properties have advantages that just can’t be duplicated and Turnberry is such a property. Built in 1994 as apartments and renovated into condos in 2004, this gated complex is unique in that you can own one for typically less than $135,000 and see the football stadium – the location is awesome! The majority of these units are 3 bedroom, 2 bath units and have approximately 1200 SQ FT. The list price starts in the $120′s and the condo fee is $240/MO and includes cable/internet, grounds and pool maintenance and exterior insurance.

Twin Gates: Campus-12mins/Square-10mins 

Twin Gates was built in the Real Estate boom of 2004. These units are located off county road 401, south of the Oxford city limits. Most of these units are 3BR/2.5BA with all the bedrooms upstairs. Twin Gates is little further outside of town than most condo developments and for that reason they are typically more affordable.

The Van Buren Village: Campus-Walking/Square-Walking 

The condos in The Van Buren Village are some of the finest built units in all of Oxford, Mississippi. Located on Van Buren, between the square and campus, makes these beautiful condos some of the most coveted in all of Oxford, Ms. Professionally designed landscape plan with private courtyards and a beautiful fountain for all the owners to enjoy. These condos are about a 10 minute walk for the Oxford, MS square. The monthly HOA fee covers all of the grounds maintenance, so you don’t have to worry about  your child keeping the grass cut!
